Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order separately. Once your return is approved, proceed with purchasing your desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The returned item must be:
- Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
