Shipping to over 200 countries

We proudly offer global shipping services, reaching over 200 countries. However, there are certain destinations we are unable to ship to. If your location falls into this category, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Lost or missing packages

We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping and billing details before finalizing your order. If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect address policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Orders that are lost, undelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will not be eligible for a refund on the original shipping cost. Additionally, if a package is returned to us for this reason, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Customs duties & fees

Custom fees may apply once your package arrives in your country. These charges vary depending on local regulations, and we are not responsible for any additional costs. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that customs duties may be required.

Estimated shipping times

Shipping times vary based on location. Below are our estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 4-10 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 4-10 business days
  • United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 4-10 business days
  • Central & South America: 7-12 business days
  • Asia & Africa: 7-12 business days

Maximum delivery time: 12 business days

Note: Processing time (2-5 business days) is not included in the shipping estimate. Delays caused by customs clearance are also beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. However, for some shipping options, tracking may not be available.

Why does my tracking show no information?

Tracking updates can take 2-5 business days to appear in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking details are still unavailable, please reach out to us for assistance.

Will my items arrive together?

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to logistical reasons. If you receive part of your order first, rest assured the remaining items will arrive soon.
